Common seam mistakes

Broken needles and two right sleeves.

• Needle breaks: you pulled the fabric. Guide it lightly.
• Tangled threads under the fabric: pull both threads to the back before you start.
• Two right-hand sleeves in a French seam: mark the front of each piece first, e.g. with a pin.
