Common sashiko mistakes and fixes

Puckering, uneven stitches and fraying thread.
- Puckering: thread pulled too tight. Smooth the fabric after each pass.
- Uneven stitches: load several at once with the thimble to find a rhythm.
- Thread fraying: use real sashiko thread and a needle with a smooth, wide eye.
- Unsure of stitch length: start with hitomezashi, where the grid decides.
