Couching mistakes and fixes
Common problems.
- Laid thread wanders: place ties closer, with extras on curves and corners.
- Laid thread pulls through to the back: the tie went down in the hole it came up through.
- Uneven spacing shows: use a tying thread closer in colour.
- Ends fray or won't go through: use a chenille needle.
