How to turn a T-shirt into a crop top
Mark, cut and hem.
Step by step
- Try it on and pin where you want it to sit; allow about an inch extra for the hem.
- Lay flat and rule a straight chalk line.
- Cut front and back separately to avoid wonky lines.
- Turn inside out, turn up 0.4 in (1 cm), iron, turn up 0.4 in (1 cm) again and sew round.
