How to sew slip stitch

A hem that barely shows.
Step by step
- Fold the edge over twice so the raw edge is tucked inside.
- Start between the folds and come up through the folded edge, so the knot is hidden.
- Take a very small stitch in the front fabric, picking up a tiny bit.
- Go back into the folded edge and move about 0.4 in (1 cm) along inside the fold before coming back up.
- Repeat, keeping stitch lengths even. Use thread that matches the fabric.
