Step by step

  1. Cut a hessian rectangle 28 by 7.9 in (20 cm).
  2. Cut rags into strips 2 by 3.9 in (10 cm).
  3. Push strips through holes 0.4 in (1 cm) apart.
  4. Pull ends even.
  5. Trim to height.
