What you need for darning
Yarn, a tapestry or darning needle and something to stretch the fabric over.
- Yarn: match the weight and thickness of the garment's yarn for jumpers.
- A tapestry or darning needle.
- A darning mushroom, or a jar or tennis ball.
- An embroidery hoop for jumpers and flat areas.
- Small scissors.
